Please check you have ordered the correct game and that your handset is compatible.
You will also need to have WAP enabled on your phone and will need to be in
service. We do not refund orders made if your phone is incompatible.
When you place an order by Premium Rate SMS you will receive 3 billing messages
and a Wap Service Indicator which is a kind of bookmark we send you which you
can open to pick up your game. This should be a quick process (about 1 minute)
but can take up to 24hrs if there are any network problems. If you don't receive
your billing messages and/or bookmark don't order again or you may end up being
charged twice and we can't refund you, contact us using our customer support
form below.
