When you place an order by Premium Rate SMS you will receive 3 billing messages and a Wap Service Indicator which is a kind of bookmark we send you which you can open to pick up your game. This should be a quick process (about 1 minute) but can take up to 24hrs if there are any network problems. If you don't receive your billing messages and/or bookmark don't order again or you may end up being charged twice and we can't refund you, contact us using our customer support form below.
