They have contributed the pictures,
taken on their mobile phones, for an
exhibition
opening this week.
The exhibition also features photos
from artist Jack Vettriano and Sir Peter
Blake.
The photos will be auctioned in aid of
Mencap after the exhibition, which
begins
in London at the Association of
Photographers' gallery on Wednesday.
The mobile phone art has been
dubbed Fonetography by Nokia, the
exhibition's
sponsor.
The gallery said the brief for each of
the artists involved was "simply
to capture the moment".
Organisers said they wanted to see
what some of the leading visual artists
could do with camera phones, which
have had an impact on everyday
photography.
Brit Art icon Emin, known for
autobiographical works such as All the
People
I Have Ever Slept With, has submitted
a grainy snap of her own feet, sporting
eye-catching green nail polish.
